Although this should never have happened. Well you can imagine my fury?! Of course with the help of the lovely Claire, the Event Manager, this was sorted quickly and my friend was allowed access. My friend having travelled across town was infomed by quite an unaccomodating young lady on reception/entry that she was not allowed in. What was not mentioned is if someone is already a member or has used the guest pass and does not have ID they will be denied entry. Entry - entry to the casino is by positive ID and I was informed if a guest doesn't have the right ID but there is no doubt they are over 25 they will get a guest pass. I will start from the beginning as there were lots of good points having booked here and things that the Casino should learn from for future patrons: 1. So for £30pp we had a three course meal, gambling lessons, a drinks voucher each and a gambling voucher. I chose this Casino because it is great value for money and as I am getting married in Las Vegas I particuarly enjoyed the idea of having gambling lessons. I booked the experience package at the Maybury Casino for myself and 18 hens to celebrate my up and coming wedding.
